Arguably the most popular method of home brewing coffee is the V60. This classic cone-shaped brewer comes in all sizes and colors, but it is most notably made by coffee giant Hario. Using a V60 is super easy for home coffee aficionados of all skill levels and can be found at many local coffee shops to purchase.

Our friends at Hubbard & Cravens are masters of the Hario V60, and for the first issue of Batch, they shared the recipe they use at their cafés.
