Who would have ever thought to combine a kick-ass coffee shop with a kick-ass barbershop? I’ll tell you who: the team behind Commissary Barber + Barista downtown Indy.
This subterranean cafe is right off of Mass Ave., and is a cool spot for a quick coffee, a work meeting, or getting your ears lowered. The environment is endlessly cool, with cold lettering and tigers on everything. And the coffee? Don’t even get me started. Well, yes. Do get me started. It’s Tinker (and sometimes others), and it’s delicious. They do a bang-up job.
