Blue Mind Coffee

Our friends at Blue Mind Roasting have been serving up amazing coffee in Indianapolis since 2015. Located on 38th St near College Ave, the Blue Mind Coffee space is as gorgeous as you’d expect.

The Blue Mind team has always been very intentional about everything they’ve done—from the coffees they roast and how they roast them to what packaging they use and how they interact with (and learn from) the community. The new space is a beautiful extension of the work they’ve been doing over the years, and I am beyond excited for this space to be open.

They’ve also partnered with several other local friends like Leviathan to provide pastries and snacks for the café.

I have always been a huge fan of Blue Mind’s coffee, and the café has taken that to the next level. They do such an excellent job with their coffees, so ordering black drip coffee or straight-up espresso is always a great idea. They also do a killer job with their specialty drinks.

I’ve heard great things about all of their drinks so far, but this is going to be one of those spots where I don’t even have to think about ordering—I know I can just order whatever drip coffee they recommend, because I know it is going to be dialed in to perfection.

That being said, you really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu!
